We are so very happy to see J&R's has (finally) opened on Main St in Patchogue. It has certainly lived up to its name...the mouthwatering steaks are prepared EXACTLY to order, they can handle a large group graciously...and if I can say that it's "better than home made"....it is. We're heading up there now...see you there! |

I was invited by my in-laws a week ago for my birthday. First of all, being a German national I surely enjoyed the Hofbraeu on tap. I had the 24 oz. prime rib and I was impressed. I expected something less then what I received. Cooked to my specifications, nice and juicy, not too fatty, it was just what I liked at an very affordable price. My kids loved the ribs and kid's prime and my wife enjoyed the Shrimp Scampi. I only wished you'd open a location in Mass, because now I have to come to NY more frequently to visit you...meaning also visiting my in-laws (just joking) |
